How Do You Choose the Right Realtor?

There’s lots of competition in my industry – no doubt about it! So, how do you know that I would be a great fit for you?  Let me answer that perceived question with more questions:

Is an experienced Real Estate Professional important to you?  Of course, it is!  I have been in business since 2000 and I have managed to stay and grow in my business, in spite of the market crash and subsequent recession.  My experience is more specifically in these fields:

  • Residential Real Estate
  • New Construction
  • Resale homes
  • Relocations
  • Distressed/Short Sale homes
  • Foreclosures/REO’s
  • Unimproved land

Are you concerned about commission rates?

Of course, you are. When we meet, I help you accurately value your home and/or property, provide you a marketing plan that is tailored to your home and what it will take to sell. Additionally, I provide you a Net Proceeds which clearly shows your expenses for selling, and the net return you will gain. My commission rates will vary, depending upon the commitment of my professional time to get your home sold, and my expenses for doing so. I won’t be the most expensive broker, and I won’t be the cheapest. I am very fair though. It’s important to me that I am offering you value, and that I earn what I work for.

Realtors are also committed to making our communities better.  We do this through political action – locally and nationally, and we give back through community service.  I would love to tell you about my involvement with the Thurston County Realtors Association when we meet.
